About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter to join our network as an independent partner in Florida. This is a 1099 opportunity designed for self-motivated recruiting professionals who thrive on flexibility, autonomy, and high earning potential. You will work closely with our established recruiting team while having the freedom to grow your own client and candidate relationships in the engineering space.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and nurture relationships with engineering professionals and clients across various industries
- Reconnect with previous candidates and client leads to re-establish strong recruiting pipelines
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through networking and outreach
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement
- Collaborate with our internal team to share insights, leads, and best practices
- Maintain a strong understanding of technical skill sets, engineering markets, and hiring trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in engineering or technical recruiting (agency or corporate)
- A strong network or desire to rebuild one within the Florida engineering market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
