Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant / Recruiter
Location: Paramus, NJ – Hybrid
Duration: 6 Months
Schedule: 20 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $70–$75/hour DOE
Employment Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and recruiting priorities.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit for a variety of corporate, commercial, scientific, and technical positions.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or corporate recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment and partnering directly with hiring managers.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience working with ATS systems.
Salary : $70 - $75
