Responsibilities
- Assist with departmental tasks as assigned.
- Attending team meetings and taking minutes.
- Job shadowing, receiving training, and gaining proficiency in industry-specific software.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks to support the team
- Conduct research and gather data for projects
- Help prepare reports and presentations
- Engage in hands-on project work relevant to the internship field
- Maintain organized files and documentation
Education Details:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in a related field.

- Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions
- Outstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalism The ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools or software
- Previous internship or related experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Basic understanding of the internship's industry
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Ability to commit to a specific duration of the internship
- Professional attitude in the workplace
