Human Resource Benefits Manager and Data Specialist

Full Time/Full Year

Oversee health insurance plans and open enrollment for 800 benefitted employees, Unemployment, Worker's Compensation and Retirement. Regular work with databases and reports. Create data reports for staffing, salaries, benefits and budget state reporting including EPIMS, GASB and EEOC. Oversee Human Resources databases using FilemakerPro and submit information for Munis Financial System. Complete yearly 1095C forms and manage Health Savings Account program.

Qualifications: Previous experience with Human Resources, Health Insurance and Benefits. Knowledge of health insurance plans and enrollment. Experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Harvard Pilgrim Health plans preferred. Knowledge of or ability to learn school based technology applications (PowerSchool, Munis, FileMaker Pro) preferred. Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills required. Database skills preferred. Ability to deal effectively & tactfully with the public and to maintain confidential information. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and flexibility.
