">About the Position
">We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at our St. Elmo, IL manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of plant production, implementing standard work, and maintaining improvement through sustaining behaviors, operating with discipline, and implementing autonomous maintenance.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain management, with experience in supervising teams and managing production lines. A B.S. degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain is preferred, but a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.

- Develop and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency, productivity, and quality. ">

Requirements

- 3 years' supervisory experience. ">
- 5 years' in manufacturing, engineering, or other Supply Chain functions. ">

- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to inspire and motivate teams. ">
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive meaningful change. ">
- Experience with lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other process improvement tools. ">
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands. ">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn other software applications quickly. ">
