Sales RepresentativeCon-Vey, an industry leader in industrial automation, is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Roseburg, Oregon. In this role, you’ll serve as a key partner to both our customers and internal teams—helping uncover opportunities, develop right-fit solutions, and guide projects from concept to proposal. You’ll build meaningful relationships, represent our values out in the field, and help ensure our customers receive the exceptional service Con-Vey is known for.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop a deep understanding of the wood products industry and Con-Vey’s capabilities
- Identify, pursue, and follow up on business leads
- Work with customers and sales engineers to develop accurate scopes of work
- Prepare and present proposals; provide ongoing customer service and support
- Assist with marketing initiatives and attend trade shows as needed
- Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales
- Negotiate pricing and terms; prepare and deliver sales agreements
- Organize and maintain leads, proposals, and customer activity in the CRM system
- Travel extensively to visit customers and support sales efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial systems
- Proven ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and collaborate with diverse teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to climb plant access ladders and safely navigate industrial environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
- AutoCAD experience is a plus
