🔹 The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Construction Estimator to join our growing Commercial Division.
This role focuses on projects in MasterSpec Divisions 5–9, providing accurate cost estimates, detailed proposals, and value-driven solutions that align with client budgets and project goals.

🔹 What You’ll Do
✅ Prepare precise cost estimates and takeoffs using Bluebeam, Procore, Autodesk, and Excel
✅ Review plans, blueprints, and specifications for pricing accuracy
✅ Collaborate with project managers and field teams to develop comprehensive estimates
✅ Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather data
✅ Manage and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
✅ Prepare detailed bid proposals and support value engineering efforts
✅ Assist project teams with cost tracking and budget reviews
🔹 What You Bring
🔸 Proven experience in construction estimating (commercial preferred)
🔸 Strong proficiency in Excel and digital takeoff tools
🔸 Understanding of construction processes and sequencing
🔸 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
🔸 Prior on-site construction experience (a plus)
