What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at ComXFuel, LLC?
We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated and proactive individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking payables/receivables, producing invoices, producing daily cash flow reports, managing company insurance requirements and company certifications, and managing outgoing purchase orders to vendors. This person will interface with both customers and vendors, and other employees, making professionalism of utmost importance. This person will be responsible for general office organization, supporting Management when needed, and management of daily & process activities associated with our company operation. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem-solver who excels at multitasking and fostering a positive workplace culture. We are a specialized construction company operating in multiple states. There is room for growth in this position, with our growing company.

Applicant Requirements:
- Permanent resident of Johnson County, Kansas.
- Min. 3-5 Years of QuickBooks Experience
- Min. 3-5 years of ADP Payroll Processing
- Relevant experience with Certified Payroll for Construction (or similar) projects
- MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS SharePoint proficiency required.
Preferred Experience and/or Education:
- Experience with a Construction or Service based company, in Office Administration or Office Management.
- Experience with 'AIA' billing for Construction Projects preferred.
- QuickBooks Certifications preferred but not required.
- Certified Payroll Professional preferred but not required
