Comunilife is looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to manager our employee recruitment efforts. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms) for a majority of the program related positions within the organization. This position is eligible for a generous benefit package including health insurance, dental, vision, dependent care, paid time off including 4 weeks of vacation starting in the first year, 401(k), tuition assistance program and more. The salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $85,000 a year depending on experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- MA in Human Resources Management, SPHR/PHR certification a plus
- Five (5) years recruiting experience in health, human services, or non-profit field desirable
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant experience and ability may be substituted.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Visit all locations and meet with managers to develop program-specific recruiting plans
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with college and university placement offices,
- Ensure that all postings are updated and track sources.
- Identify, source and recruit public assistance recipients in an effort to meet funder quotas.
- Engage with employment agencies and search firms including negotiating and controlling employment related fees.
- Provide information on agency services and job opportunities to applicants.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve the recruitment process.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
