Position Summary
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role oversees daily field operations, staffing, scheduling,
payroll processing, employee support, and operational communications to ensure consistent
service delivery and adequate staffing levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage.
- Coordinate overtime, time-off requests, shift bids, and leave processes.
- Verify payroll, attendance, and PTO records.
- Support field employees with scheduling and payroll inquiries.
- Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop team members.
- Investigate incidents, resolve employee concerns, and ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain staffing, equipment, and operational readiness.
- Assist with reports, projects, budgeting, and special events.
- Maintain positive relationships with employees, healthcare partners, and public safety agencies.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current Oregon EMT certification and CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum two years of EMS field experience.
- Leadership, FTO, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to function as a field EMT and meet driving and physical requirements.
