Business Intelligence Support – Subject Matter Expertise:
- Develop and maintain financial process documentation
- Communicate financial data across teams
- Respond to problem requests and troubleshooting needs
- Support MOVERS task execution and deliverables
- Assist financial services teams with system functionality
Training & Support:
- Develop and deliver training materials and presentations
- Provide on-site and virtual support
- Answer operational questions from staff
- Deliver knowledge transfer and training
Communication & Documentation:
- Maintain effective communication with MoDOT teams and partners
- Create and update documentation for systems and processes
- Provide daily communication and reporting as required
System Enhancements & Improvements:
- Support minor system improvements and enhancements
- Document and deliver system updates and changes
- Provide staff training on new functionality
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years SAM II Financial Experience (must provide details)
- 8 years MoDOT Financial Services Process & Procedure Experience
- 8 years MoDOT Project Costing Experience
- 8 years FHWA (Federal Highway Administration) knowledge
- 8 years STIP (Statewide Transportation Improvement Program) knowledge
- 8 years transportation industry financial reporting and reimbursement knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with MoDOT and other Missouri State agencies
