Title: Smartsheet Administrator
Location: Newark NJ. Hybrid (3 days a week onsite.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Administration and Configuration
Configure and maintain Smartsheet solutions supporting business and IT processes.
Develop and maintain sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, templates, workflows, and automated notifications.
Troubleshoot formulas, cross-sheet references, automation workflows, permissions, and reporting issues.
Support standardized solution templates and reusable components.
Partner with teams to translate requirements into scalable Smartsheet solutions.
Review proposed Smartsheet solutions to ensure they follow platform architecture and governance standards.
User Support and Incident Management
Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for Smartsheet-related incidents and service requests.
Diagnose and resolve issues involving access, permissions, automation, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, and platform functionality.
Escalate product defects and complex technical issues to Smartsheet Support when required.
Document known issues, troubleshooting procedures, and platform support processes.
Participate in incident, problem, and change-management processes.
Platform Monitoring and Release Management and Platform Admin
Monitor Smartsheet service health, administrative alerts, and platform changes.
Review Smartsheet product releases and assess their impact on the organization.
Coordinate testing and communication of significant new functionality or platform changes.
Maintain documentation for platform configurations, integrations, standards, and administrative procedures.
Participate in change-management processes for production Smartsheet solutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS
5 years of experience as Smartsheet Administrator.
Experience in Configuring Smartsheet and supporting business and IT processes.
Experience in Developing sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, templates, workflows, and automated notifications.
Experience in Troubleshooting formulas, cross-sheet references, automation workflows, permissions, and reporting issues.
