Lab Tech (Quality Technician)

Shift timing:  we have 2 shifts

• 6:00 am - 6:30pm for Day shift
• 6:00 pm - 6:30 am for night shift

A Lab Tech/Quality Technician monitors and tests products and production processes to ensure quality and food safety compliance, accurately records results, troubleshoots issues, and supports continuous improvement—working independently or with a team in a fast-paced plant environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Perform routine/episodic analytical, chemical, microbiological, and allergen testing and accurately record/report results
• Use and maintain basic lab instruments (pipets, pH meters, balances), including troubleshooting
• Follow written procedures/QMS/GMP and keep clear, complete documentation
• Interpret results and react to out-of-spec data (problem-solve, escalate, support mitigation)
• Strong computer skills (MS Office/basic systems) to enter/track lab and quality data
• Associate or bachelor’s in a relevant science (or equivalent experience) required training/certifications
• Ability to work independently, communicate with operations, and handle a fast-paced/shift-based schedule
