About the Role

We are seeking a visionary SAP Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade technology solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to define robust architecture, strategic roadmaps, and capability models. You will drive integration across applications, infrastructure, and data while establishing policies, standards, and best practices that accelerate high-quality solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Architecture: Translate business goals into scalable architecture, roadmaps, and capability models across applications, infrastructure, and data.
• Standards & Governance: Create reusable architecture artifacts, patterns, and policies that align with utility-specific regulatory requirements.
• Innovation & Trends: Research and integrate modern architecture trends (e.g., microservices, continuous delivery) into solution designs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a critical liaison between teams during integration, communicating goals and business outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
• Financial Optimization: Support technology evaluations and estimate the financial impacts of alternative architectural solutions to optimize resource allocation.
• Ecosystem Strategy: Contribute to the broader IT ecosystem strategy, identifying innovation opportunities and managing portfolio development.

Required Qualifications & Key Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• Core Experience: 8–15 years of experience in solution engineering, including technical/solution architecture, application development, and multi-tier environments.
• SAP Expertise: Minimum 8 years of dedicated experience in SAP architecture, with a heavy focus on SAP FICO solutions and technology integration.
• Data & Analytics Mastery: Proven track record in developing SAP data & analytics architectures, frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Backend SAP Development: Hands-on experience with SAP BW platforms (Datasphere, BW on HANA, BW/4HANA) and data extraction from S/4HANA, SQL, and Excel.
• Frontend SAP Tools: Proficiency with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Embedded SAC, and Analysis for Office.
• Data Management: Strong data modeling, metadata systems, BI/reporting tools, and integration skills.
• Leadership & Influence: Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive strategic decisions, and explain technical concepts to business users.
