Internship Details
- This program will run from June 1st through August 7th
- This is a paid internship.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet all customers, explain benefits of community
- Manage social media platforms for community
- Perform administrative duties as needed and necessary to complete leasing process
- Assist in preparing various marketing and sales reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
- Analyze operations and marketing initiatives throughout internship and prepare presentation for Comstock’s leadership team on your findings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree in Real Estate, Sales or in a related field is preferred.
- Must be able to work weekends
- Prior industry internship/work experience and an interest in Real Estate is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast paced environment
- Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment and learn in a growing organization.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervision
