What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Comsint Communications?
Comsint Communications is a Boston-based, award-winning PR agency and communications consultancy. We work at the point where business decisions become public stories, helping senior leaders make sure those stories are understood by the people who matter to them.
Our clients represent a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, law, higher education, financial services, nonprofit organizations, professional services and environmental advocacy. Each brings different audiences, challenges and communications objectives.
Our team pairs Emmy-winning creative talent with proprietary AI tools and behavioral insight, which lets us keep a client's message consistent whether it lands in a trade journal or a two-minute video.
Clients come to us for counsel as much as execution. Some arrive in the middle of a crisis, while others want a thought leadership program that compounds over years. In every case we start with the business objective and judge the work by what the audience understood and remembered, rather than by the volume of coverage.
We're looking for someone who knows how to keep people, projects and priorities organized. As Project Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day coordination of client work and internal agency operations, making sure commitments are met, deadlines stay on track and nothing falls through the cracks.
This role is about more than maintaining a project management system. You'll work closely with our team to understand what's happening across accounts, anticipate what needs attention and make sure everyone has the information and resources they need to do their jobs.
You'll also help manage the business side of our office, coordinating with vendors, maintaining essential services and handling the operational details that keep a small agency running smoothly.
We're a small team, so relationships matter. You'll interact regularly with clients, colleagues and outside partners. We're looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping others and can keep projects moving without making the process more complicated than it needs to be.
We work together in our Hingham office every day. If you're someone who naturally brings order to a busy environment and enjoys being the person others can count on, we'd like to talk.
