About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Outbound Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse staff and oversee daily shipping, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, warehouse experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking teams in China.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and coordinate warehouse staff to meet daily operational goals.
- Oversee order fulfillment, staging, loading, shipping, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, productivity, and shipment quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams and transportation partners to ensure timely shipments.
- Identify workflow improvements and maintain an organized, efficient warehouse.
- Enforce warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
- 3 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Experience with WMS, RF scanners, and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work on-site, walk or stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
