Role Overview

Comrise is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join a leading on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company. In this role, you will be the bridge between hardware and software, ensuring that fleet vehicles are calibrated, updated, and ready for daily missions. ⚙️

You will assist with software deployment, drive test vehicles to collect vital sensor data, and collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues. If you are passionate about autonomous technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Readiness: Deploy software to fleet vehicles and conduct pre-mission checklists. 🚗
• Data Collection: Manually drive test vehicles to collect sensor data following repairs or upgrades.
• Calibration Management: Process data using internal tools (Terminal, GUI, and version control) to ensure sensor alignment.
• Validation: Conduct both on-vehicle and offline validation to confirm fleet health. ✅
• Collaboration: Communicate calibration statuses to technical teams and help troubleshoot blockers.
• Logistics: Assist with the movement of vehicles and ensure the workplace remains organized.
• Documentation: Manage paperwork and digital logs related to vehicle readiness. 📂

Available Schedules

• 1st Shift: Saturday – Wednesday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
• 2nd Shift: Thursday – Monday, 3:30 pm – 12:00 am

Qualifications & Requirements

• Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean record (zero points). 🪪
• Technical Aptitude: Experience with or interest in autonomous vehicle technology.
• Problem Solving: Ability to deliver results in high-pressure, fast-moving situations.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for reporting technical statuses.
• Safety: Ability to wear safety boots conforming to ASTM F2412 / F2413 requirements. 🥾
• Screening: Must pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Prior experience with Git or version control software.
• Strong skills in MS Office or Google Suite. 💻
