CNC Programmer | High-Precision Manufacturing 🛠️
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) OT as necessary
Pay Range: $40 – $50 / Hourly

We are looking for a talented CNC Programmer to join our team! This is a high-impact role where you’ll support our Machining and EDM operations through advanced programming, technical problem-solving, and collaboration across the shop. If you thrive in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment and love seeing complex parts come to life, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Advanced Programming: Create top-tier programs for 3-axis, 5-axis, and lathe equipment.
- Fixture Design: Design custom fixtures for complex geometries.
- Optimization: Select tools and optimize spindle time to keep production running smoothly.
- Blueprint Mastery: Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T with precision.
- Quality & Validation: Run program validations and quality checks to ensure perfection.
- Stay Improving: Constantly look for ways to improve and refine existing programs.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: At least 5 years of CNC programming and machining under your belt.
- Software Skills: Expert-level Fusion 360 and advanced SolidWorks modeling skills are a must.
- Precision Mindset: Proven experience with high-tolerance machining.
- Technical Smarts: A deep understanding of tooling strategies and shop math.
