Hiring an E-Commerce Fulfillment Supervisor to manage daily operations and on-site management of the fulfillment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operations such as fulfillment order picking, auditing, shipping, and exception handling.
- Reasonably arrange staffing and work assignments according to order volume to ensure outbound timeliness and accuracy rates.
- Responsible for daily employee management, training, and on-site supervision to improve team efficiency.
- Track and resolve operational exceptions such as mis-ships, missing items, and inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Track operational data such as order volume, labor efficiency, and accuracy rates to continuously optimize operating procedures.
- Coordinate with warehouse management and other company departments to resolve daily operational issues promptly.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment.
- At least 1 years of experience in Team Lead / Supervisor or team management roles.
- Familiar with Picking, Packing, Shipping, Returns, and inventory exception handling procedures.
- Experience with WMS systems is preferred.
- Experience in 3PL warehousing is preferred.
- Fluent English; capable of independently conducting work communications, meetings, and email exchanges.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Strong team management, execution, communication, coordination, and on-site problem-solving skills.
