Overview
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can operate at the intersection of business, IT, and infrastructure initiatives. This is not a traditional “requirements-only” BA role — you’ll be involved from discovery through execution, helping drive initiatives forward across multiple teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and cross-functional discussions
- Gather, document, and translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable plans
- Support delivery by tracking timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones
- Coordinate across business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and progress
- Help organize and drive multiple concurrent initiatives forward
- Build process flows, documentation, and decision artifacts
- Identify risks and gaps early and help drive resolution
- Work in a regulated environment with compliance and audit considerations
Key Project Exposure
You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of infrastructure-related initiatives, including:
- Enterprise systems assessments (telecom / voice systems)
- Data center / file server migration efforts
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) and user lifecycle processes
- Network / infrastructure analysis and optimization
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT, or project coordination
- Experience working across both business and technical teams
- Exposure to IT infrastructure (networking, systems, IAM, telecom, or data migration)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and bringing structure to ambiguity
- Ability to track timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight
Nice to Have
- Experience in banking or regulated environments
- Familiarity with IAM, infrastructure, or migration-related initiatives
- Experience supporting workshops or stakeholder discovery sessions
