About the Role: We're seeking a hands-on production team member ready to take on leadership responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in production management, quality control, inventory management, and project coordination - perfect for someone looking to build their resume and grow into operations management.
What You'll Do:
- Assign daily tasks and coordinate production team activities
- Fabricate and assemble automation equipment alongside the team
- Perform quality checks on assembled products throughout the production process
- Manage inventory and coordinate purchasing of production materials
- Work with Project Manager to meet project schedules and shipping deadlines
- Coordinate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes
- Use hand tools and power tools to build products
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Help troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
