SAP HANA-based Supply Chain Manager

OverviewCTG is seeking to fill a SAP HANA-based Supply Chain Manager position for our client in San Diego, CA.Duration: 12 monthsDuties:Design, implement, and configure SAP HANA-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions.Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HANA SCM/SD solutions.Optimize sales and distribution operations to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue.Provide guidance on best practices for SAP HANA SCM/SD modules, including process design and system configuration.Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation activities to ensure successful solution deployment.Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.Skills:Expertise in SAP HANA, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting client expectations.Knowledge of integration points between SAP HANA SCM/SD and other SAP modules.Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.Experience:Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP HANA-based SCM and SD solutions.Track record of successfully leading SAP HANA projects, from design through implementation.Experience in gathering business requirements, creating solution designs, and configuring SAP systems.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).Relevant SAP certifications in HANA, SCM, or SD are highly desirable.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role.The expected base salary for this position ranges from $67.00 to $83.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
