Overview
CTG is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst for a remote role to support our client.
This role is responsible for the design, build, implementation, optimization, and support of the Epic Willow Ambulatory module, supporting outpatient pharmacy workflows and clinical operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic systems, particularly Willow Ambulatory, and a strong understanding of pharmacy practices in ambulatory care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, build, and test application components related to Epic Willow Ambulatory.
Collaborate with clinical and pharmacy stakeholders to understand workflows and translate them into effective system configurations.
Configure and maintain medication dictionaries, order sets, formularies, and system rules to support outpatient medication management.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide long-term solutions.
Support integration with third-party pharmacy and medication systems (e.g., Pyxis, Omnicell, Surescripts).
Ensure regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, Joint Commission, and state pharmacy board standards.
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
