What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Specialist position at Computer Hardware & Software Reseller?

We are a growing tech company in the northern peninsula area looking for someone with experience and a desire to make an immediate contribution and grow with us.
- Maintains and updates database of vendor invoices
- Proactively locates and inputs invoice information from mail, email, and online accounts
- Compares invoice information against purchase orders for accuracy
- Invoices sales orders against vendor invoices
- Files disputes and negotiates invoice discrepancies with vendors including shipping, tax and other fees
- Create Customer Invoices
- Receives Customer Payments
- Generates AP and AR Reports
Qualifications
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy
- Organized, reliable, and professional
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
This position is in office, full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
