What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Customer Service Representative position at Computer hardware company?
-Responsible for greeting customers
-Answering incoming phone calls. Assisting the customer filing rebates
-Transferring the incoming calls to the technical support department
-Respond to email correspondence quickly and competently
-Process requests in a timely manner
-Assist RMA shipping (mail out and receiving the package)
-Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
