Technical Product Manager

Responsible for identifying and creating product requirements and taking ownership from initial concept through delivery
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Contract: W2 only, 11 month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time with either the client or CEI
Pay: $60 /hour optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Overview
This role involves understanding existing processes and their impact on end customers, creating new approaches, and working closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams. The candidate must be able to interpret customer behavior and needs into product requirements, with the ability to delve into technical considerations as needed.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience in product requirements and ownership
• Ability to understand and analyze existing processes
• Strong understanding of customer behavior and needs
• Technical proficiency to dive into technical considerations as needed
• Experience working with large organizations and cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience in creating and managing product requirements from concept to delivery
• Ability to develop innovative approaches based on customer insights
• Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams
• Technical background to support technical considerations in product development
