Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming orders from contracted selling partners and accurately enter them into internal systems.
- Manage orders from initial receipt through completion, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Serve as a liaison between authorized selling partners and internal Comcast teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and update CRM records with a high level of accuracy.
- Provide logistics support, including tracking order progress and troubleshooting delays.
- Analyze order and customer data to identify discrepancies or process improvements.
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication and timely follow?up.
- Collaborate with team members to meet high?volume workload demands.
- Proven experience in order entry, CRM data entry, data analysis, logistics support, or client services.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high?volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer?focused mindset.
- Self?motivated, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Telecom industry experience preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work the assigned late shift and adapt to changing business needs.
- This is a fully onsite position in Denver.
- Initial onboarding and training will occur on a daytime schedule before transitioning to the regular shift.
