Job Summary
The Technician II performs standard tasks in the production process within the assigned Value Stream and process step. Responsibilities may include synthesis, purification, quantification, QC sampling, formulation, quality assurance, and/or final product processing. This role strengthens operational efficiency through effective equipment use and cleaning, inventory control, and consistent prioritization of work aligned with departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products, including decontamination, product transfer, and maintenance connection software.
- Operate laboratory instruments required to complete tasks, following all work instructions, company policies, and SOPs.
- Strictly adhere to customer-specific and general work instructions.
- Support daily management activities by assessing data, driving problem-solving, and suggesting countermeasures.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in PC software programs with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to exert 20–50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or 10–15 lbs. frequently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
- At least 12 months of laboratory and/or life sciences experience.
