What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Operator Administrator position at Compunnel, Inc.?
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line operational support for client automation, robotics, 3D printing, and workstation systems
- Operate automated systems, software-based controls, electrical and mechanical systems, and structures
- Utilize electro-mechanical aptitude and Linux command line skills to support client systems
- Communicate directly with client vendor partners to resolve issues
- Support client KPIs by achieving maximum system uptime and overall satisfaction
- Perform system software updates per client technical instructions
- Troubleshoot and remediate issues to ensure high-level system performance
- Collect and analyze data to drive decisions and process improvements
- Conduct diagnostics, installation, mapping, induction, removal, configuration testing, and commissioning of automation systems
- Complete technical training on client systems and review technical documentation
- Champion process and operational excellence within the team
- Perform other duties related to partner support as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience
- Associate degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical fields
- 4-year apprenticeship or equivalent experience/training in Robotics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical fields
- Degree from a vocational school or college in Robotics, Mechanical, or Electronics
- IT or automation certifications
