We are looking for a Digital Implementation / Logistics Analyst to support the digitalization of supply chain and logistics operations. This role focuses on evaluating existing business processes, identifying opportunities for digital improvement, and supporting the rollout of reporting tools, dashboards, and low-code solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate current logistics and supply chain processes to identify opportunities for digitalization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams to understand operational needs
- Recommend and support implementation of digital tools and reporting solutions
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to digital tools and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
- Experience working in an analyst role supporting business or operations teams
- Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and data analysis
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience ensuring data quality and structured data for system use
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics, or Power Platform
- Experience with low-code / no-code tools
- Exposure to digital transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Agile or digital tool certifications
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese (plus, not required)
