What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Report Developer position at Compunnel Inc.?
This role will be looking for a Report Developer to work with the Senior Oracle Database Developers.
Client will need to have experience with SSRS Reporting for sure. And if they had Microsoft Business Intelligence, or Power BI that would be great.
Client will also need to have a background with Oracle DB, the manager said it's about 70% Report Design work, and about 30% Oracle DB work.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Strong data analysis skills, design, and coding experience in financial industry preferably in capital markets/prime brokerage.
- Strong RDBMS skills – SQL querying, writing stored procedures, triggers, functions, views, user privileges, object privileges, etc
- Has done performance tuning of stored procedures and queries.
- Good Knowledge of SSRS Reporting services required.
- Comfortable working on Windows servers and writing windows batch programs.
- Knows some Unix, has experience in Linux environment including basic unix commands.
- Experience working with team in Agile methodology
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- AWS Cloud experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Python is nice to have
- 5 years working in financial industry is a plus.
- Understand glossaries and terminologies in financial industry
- Knowledge of accounting concepts is nice to have.
- Prime Brokerage application development experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
- Motivated and able to deliver end to end solutions.
- Good communication skill to both technology folks and business partners.
