Job Responsibilities
- Support the Enterprise Franchise Sales team in moving deals through the sales pipeline.
- Help close outstanding franchise opportunities by coordinating follow-ups and action items.
- Partner with Sales, Onboarding, and Operations teams to ensure contracts are completed and store activations stay on schedule.
- Manage day-to-day communication with franchise partners, including emails, updates, and reminders.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce (SFDC), including work orders and account details.
- Prepare and update sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal visibility.
- Track and monitor key revenue-generating activities to ensure progress and timely execution.
- Conduct store and partner audits to identify inactive locations, expansion opportunities, or re-engagement needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks and ensure smooth handoffs between teams.
- Assist with sales enablement activities, including documentation, process updates, and partner materials.
- Document learnings, create workflow improvements, and support scalability across the team.
- Help maintain an organized internal system for accounts, documents, and communication trails.
Salary : $45 - $48
