POSITION DESCRIPTIONThe New Accounts Service Professional serves as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Client's branch personnel regarding client onboarding and account maintenance. This role provides guidance on document processing, account opening, navigation, and modification, ensuring compliance with internal policies and the USA Patriot Act.
