Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose equipment failures and complete timely repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, PLCs, and automated systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve machine efficiency and uptime.
- Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
Requirements:
