Job Summary :
The Mailroom Clerk is responsible for sorting and metering mail, handling accountable mail, creating FedEx labels, and completing other daily assigned duties. This role requires a reliable, professional, and customer-service-oriented individual who can lift up to 50 pounds and is willing to learn to use mailroom equipment such as the meter and inserter. The position offers free parking and a business casual dress code.
Key Responsibilitie s :
- Sort and meter incoming and outgoing mail.
- Intake and handle accountable mail with attention to detail.
- Create and process FedEx labels for outgoing shipments.
- Operate mailroom equipment, including meters and inserters (training provided).
- Complete other mailroom-related duties as assigned on a daily basis.
