Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator – Onsite | Savannah, GA
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations at our Savannah site. This role requires strong SAP knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehousing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Process all outbound customer shipments using SAP and internal plant inventory systems
• Manage receipts and transfers of finished goods across 3PL warehouse locations
• Maintain and organize shipping documentation and records
• Support monthly closing activities and audit preparation (ISO, RCS, TDS)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with process improvement projects
• Ensure all system entries accurately reflect physical inventory movement
• Provide additional support to Supply Chain functions as needed
Qualifications:
• HS diploma or GED required
• 3 years in supply chain or logistics
• 2 years SAP experience (required)
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, and scheduling
• Moderate Excel/database skills
• Strong communication, decision-making, and ability to work under pressure
