Job Summary:
Certified Pre-Owned Reverse Logistics Specialist to support end-to-end pre-sales and post-sales logistics processes. This role is responsible for managing trade-in/buyback programs, coordinating return shipments, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all activities related to Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) trade-in/buyback (TIBB) and rental returns with Sales, Customer Support, Field Repair Centers, Logistics, and Order Management.
Oversee the full lifecycle of customer returns, including order initiation, scheduling, de-installation support, and shipment coordination.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve logistics issues, delays, or return discrepancies.
Work closely with the Customer Operations Center (COpC), CPO Business Development Engineers, and Sales to ensure timely and accurate return processing.
Support process development and continuous improvement efforts for CPO logistics, workflow efficiency, and customer experience enhancements.
Identify and follow up on opportunities to expand the Trade-In/Buyback and Rental programs.
Ensure all work complies with Agilent policies, quality standards, and documentation requirements.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Hands-on experience managing business processes or customer-facing operations.
Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP CRM.
Understanding of quoting, order entry, and fulfillment processes is
