Inspection/Assembly Technician I

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of finished parts to identify defects and quality issues
• Perform minor finishing and basic assembly operations
• Use rulers, gauges, calipers, and other small measurement tools to complete inspection and assembly tasks
• Accurately record inspection and production data in electronic database systems
• Read and follow standard operating instructions and established safety procedures
• Troubleshoot equipment issues independently and collaboratively with team members
• Perform routine safety and quality checks on assigned equipment
• Complete equipment changeovers while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Support the efficient movement of materials from inspection and assembly lines to staging areas for warehouse transfer
• Maintain established housekeeping and workplace organization standards
• Follow all required safety practices and actively participate in safety programs
• Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Maintain strong attention to detail and visual accuracy throughout inspection activities
• Train other personnel on departmental unit operations as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience
