Job Summary
Seeking an HR Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making within the Human Resources function. This role focuses on analyzing HR metrics, developing reports and dashboards, and providing insights that support workforce planning and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data related to hiring, turnover, compensation, and engagement
- Create and maintain HR dashboards and leadership reports
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Support workforce planning and HR initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Collaborate with HR partners on reporting and analytics projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Statistics, or related field
- 1 year of experience in HR analytics or a similar role
- Strong Excel and reporting skills (Power BI, Tableau preferred)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience with UKG HRIS
- Knowledge of SQL or data querying tools
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR)
