Key Responsibilities

• Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, engagement, performance management, and situational leadership
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute engagement and retention strategies
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent
• Conduct employee relations investigations and support leave of absence matters in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence
• Analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and support problem-solving efforts to improve business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
