Roles and Responsibilities :

Role Overview:

This position supports the Payer Enrollment Department and plays a key role in managing provider enrollment processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions, and supporting overall business growth. The primary focus will be on behavioral health provider enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete government and commercial payer enrollment applications for providers and groups
• Submit initial and revalidation applications for providers entering MinuteClinics
• Maintain and update credentialing records and ensure timely revalidations
• Track application status, follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation in systems
• Handle mail-based documentation and workflows
• Communicate with providers via phone/email for required information
• Collaborate with internal teams (Credentialing, AR, Regional Directors) to resolve issues
• Manage user access to payer web portals
• Participate in client calls and team meetings as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience with government payers (Medicare/Medicaid) or healthcare enrollment
• Experience in healthcare administration, insurance, billing, or related fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
