Job Title: Environmental Health Safety Specialist

Job Location: North Wales, PA

Shift Timings: 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM [Monday to Friday]

Job Description:

• Manage EHS programs across two distribution centers in North Wales and New Britain, PA.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Identify EHS risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable EHS, OSHA, environmental, and GMP requirements.
• Develop and maintain site EHS plans, policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Provide EHS guidance and support to site leadership, managers, supervisors, and employees.
• Develop and deliver EHS training, safety awareness programs, and employee coaching.
• Monitor environmental, health, and safety performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze incidents and trends and recommend actions to improve site safety performance.
• Support equipment, process, and facility changes to ensure EHS compliance.
• Partner with internal teams, regulatory agencies, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a proactive EHS culture across both sites.
