Job Summary
The Customer Service Support I – Customer Enabling will support routine customer enabling activities within the order management process. This role helps execute well-established customer service activities related to order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment. The position is focused on streamlining and optimizing internal processes to promote a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential obstacles in the order management process and collaborate with customer-facing representatives to implement corrective actions.
- Update internal stakeholders on order status and escalate issues as needed.
- Support the generation of order-related documents in line with established procedures.
- Resolve simple administrative or clerical process issues related to order confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
- Confirm alignment of simple customer orders with credit, contract, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability.
- Follow standard procedures regarding order status, invoices, and contract balances; share required information with customer-facing representatives.
- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision, escalating more complex issues appropriately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary education level, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience in order management or customer service within a business-to-business environment.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
