JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Coordinator supports daily operations across multiple client sites, ensuring smooth delivery of managed services and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves traveling between locations, providing operational support, assisting with implementations, and handling a variety of customer service and administrative tasks in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations across multiple managed service client sites
- Provide coverage for onsite staff during absences, training, or transitions
- Assist with implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions
- Perform a wide range of operational tasks including printing, mail, and office services
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Assist in process improvement, testing, and validation of procedures
- Support onboarding and cross-training of team members
- Maintain and update Site Procedure Guides and ensure adherence
- Collect operational data and support monthly reporting activities
- Escalate and help resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Travel between client locations (40–50 miles range) as required
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (as required)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education
- Experience in managed services, office services, or operations support
- Knowledge of account service delivery and workflow coordination
