Job Summary Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives within a Cybersecurity organization. Partner with business stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, and technology groups to drive successful adoption of IAM platforms, strengthen access controls, and reduce organizational risk. Leverage expertise in business analysis, systems analysis, requirements gathering, data analysis, and Agile delivery to support strategic cybersecurity objectives. Collaborate across the enterprise to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions and actionable product requirements. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, and technology organizations to support IAM platform adoption and access management initiatives. Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements. Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and discovery sessions with technical and non-technical audiences. Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable deliverables. Conduct research and analysis to identify business challenges, opportunities, and solution recommendations. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights, reporting, and visualizations that support decision-making. Create and maintain current-state and future-state process documentation, workflows, diagrams, and business requirements documents. Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM-related processes, platforms, and business workflows. Guide stakeholders through platform adoption, process improvements, and data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive successful project delivery. Support Agile teams by participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies. Develop and maintain product documentation, technical documentation, process maps, and stakeholder communications. Lead cross-team collaboration efforts to support strategic business and cybersecurity objectives. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Required Qualifications 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst supporting software delivery initiatives. Experience working within Agile environments utilizing Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or related methodologies. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, access lifecycle management, and identity governance practices. Experience working with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, AWS IAM, Azure Active Directory, Oracle IAM, or similar solutions. Experience working with privileged access management and security platforms such as CyberArk, HashiCorp, Delinea, BeyondTrust, Okta, or similar technologies. Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools including SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI. Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience translating business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and solution designs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience creating process flows, technical diagrams, and business documentation. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity programs and Identity and Access Management initiatives. Knowledge of access governance, identity lifecycle management, and access certification processes. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business and technology teams. Experience with product ownership, product management, or Agile leadership responsibilities. Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management and access control frameworks. Experience mentoring business analysts and contributing to team development. Familiarity with enterprise-scale IAM implementations and adoption programs. Certifications Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certifications such as CCBA, CBAP, or POA. Cybersecurity, Identity Management, or other relevant technical certifications.
