Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a 13-week critical-need assignment supporting infusion and oncology pharmacy services. The Pharmacist will manage medication therapy for infusion and oncology patients, ensure safe medication preparation and dispensing, and collaborate closely with clinical care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy support for infusion and oncology patients
- Review, verify, and dispense medications in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and infusion center staff to enhance patient care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
- Support oncology treatment plans and medication management using Beacon protocols
- Participate in pharmacy operations and workflow management
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State Pharmacist License
- BLS certification
- Beacon experience
- Infusion and/or oncology pharmacy experience
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) experience
Certifications (if any)
- BLS certification (required)
Education: Bachelors Degree
Certification: Basic Life Support
