Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, monitoring and improving automated assembly processes
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery
- Create programs for Pick and Place machinery and AOI, order SMT stencils, develop and operate reflow profiles
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Guide and assist machine operators in building products
Requirements:
- 2-year Associates degree, preferably in a technical field
- 2 years direct experience as a PCBA Surface Mount Process Technician/ Manufacturing Technician
- Or 5 years’ experience in PCBA Automated Assembly Operations
- Good hand eye coordination and good visual acuity required
- Must pay very close attention to detail
- Able to work independently
