Paid, on-the-job training to become a CompuNet Phlebotomist
5-week phlebotomy training beginning February 2026
Those who successfully complete the program will be offered a position as a Phlebotomist in one of CompuNet's Patient Service Centers (outpatient) or Premier Hospital lab locations (inpatient).
Seeking individuals with a work/school history that demonstrates good work habits, strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to adapt to the needs of a busy medical environment.
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some locations require a valid driver's license

Miami Valley Hospital South: Evenings | Nights
Atrium Medical Center: Evenings | Nights
Patient Service Centers (Float Openings): Days only
Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as you are expected to drive between multiple locations.

No reservation needed. Printed resume is required. Business casual dress preferred—no hats, shorts, tank tops.
There is an application and interview process to be accepted into the training program. Training is provided by CompuNet staff members and will prepare you for an entry level phlebotomy position with CompuNet. This is a phlebotomy training program exclusively for CompuNet phlebotomists and not intended for general training.
CompuNet Clinical Laboratories requires all employees as a condition of both initial and continued employment receive the vaccination against influenza, or complete policy compliance through an approved medical or religious exemption. This requirement must be met as a condition of hire.
