Your Contribution
- Responds to customer inquiries and performs problem evaluation, diagnosis and resolution in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provides complex application support and guidance to end users.
- Performs and coordinates project timelines with clients and third party vendors .
- Makes recommendations to different operational departments as potential solutions to problems or efficiencies.
- Assists with training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced Windows knowledge, including XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Server grade operating systems.
- Minimum of 3 year of IT or medical experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of management/team lead experience required.
- Willingness to work onsite at our Ownings Mills, MD office, for a minimum of three days per week, with additional evening and weekend hours as needed, based on project deadlines or the severity of support issues.
